Sažetak
Main goals and objectives of the privatization process defined by the Privatization Law include achieving faster economic growth under market economy conditions through increase in the share of privatized enterprises in the economy as well as holding on to productive employment with desirable creation of new work places, technological modernization etc. Two biggest privatization cases in Croatia, meaning large state-owned enterprises, INA – Industry of Oil and T-HT Croatian Telecommunications demonstrate that the model of privatization plays important role in resulting business activities and that privatization process is particularly complex in the privatization of the monopolies.
