Sažetak
The need for quicker information/messages interchange can be brought to the final limit where the amount of messages can be a serious problem for the recipient. The usage of a growing number of e-mail accounts (addresses) has become a common practice of primitive fight for survival. A quality client programs have been equipped with abilities of filtering but all of messages have to be brought to the recipient’ s computer. Besides, such programs are not designed to connect the data about messages with more than one user account and give syntactical information. To solve this problem a model of system that will be able to worry about important information instead of user and will ensure that they are brought to user with appropriate notification has been established. The idea is based on a system that conducts filtering and aggregation of messages, including a priority approach for selected categories of senders. System is configured on server-side where he works in background mode according with the time rules of activation and informs the user about the categories of received messages. When defining the model patterns of design were used to achieve more quality design for simpler implementation in desired technologies. After the model has been defined, a prototype of this system has been made based on Web technologies with connected modules using Web services
