Sažetak
The transition countries are characterized by special difficultes in the economy. The difficultes result from undefined ownership and the maladjustment of a company to the market economy. Tha means that one should anticipate and warn about the momentous decisions from the institunalization, organization, marketing production and financing domains but also take into consideration the specifities of a small company.
