Sažetak
The purpose of this paper is to find out how European companies operate on transnational level since the latest enlargement. Main objective is to evaluate regulatory framework and does this EU framework provide suitable mechanism for the legal problems with which they have to deal. The question is what barriers they have to overcome and which specific barriers have influence on SME-s. Also this paper must give an answer which legal instruments are the best in terms of internationalization for the European companies, to overcome gaps when facing integration process.
