There is no societal transformation without systemic disintegration and anomie. They take the form of rather intensive risks in Central and Eastern Europe. In paradigmatic terms, the mayor dimensions of the regional development concern the relationship of actors and social structures, the dynamics of social time, and the interdependence between cognition and praxis.
