Sažetak
The aim of this proposal is to analyze the presence as well as the importance of intertextuality in Tabucchi's novel „ Requiem“ written by the author as an homage to the country whose culture influenced both his work and his life. As it would be impossible to draw all the parallels between Tabucchi's narrative and the works created by authors whose linguistic, narrative style and ideas can be found in this novel, the comparison will be limited only to those European writers that are in my opinion considered of the particular importance for this text.
