Sažetak
Everywhere present saturation is an indicator of today’ s chaotic market that looks for company’ s recognizability. Managers reach to achieve that goal. They are searching the substance which will drag their company out of the average crowd. That substance is people. This paper aims to identify the level of motivation in Istrian hotels, employees` attitudes towards the motivators and eventually to make the general conclusion about the question of motivation among given sample of managers and employees.
