Sažetak
Claims concerning an ideological vacuum lack of alternative to market-oriented reforms, and the need for some form of authoritarian rule have become commonplaces and trite clishes of postcommunist political discourse. The intention to create a universal ideology is in fact indicative of political radicalism whose ideal is a Utopia of the integrity of societys transformation. It views the institutions of representative democracy as essentially artificial. A perfprmative mythologized image of postcommunism gives the impression of understanding the political situation, if only the requisite universalistic geopolitical schemata is found to explain it. The current ideologists of Eurasianism rely on a denationalized form of thinking about social integrity.
