Sažetak
Mechanical properties and damages of fiber reinforced polyester laminates have been examined, depending upon number of reinforcing layers, their layout and thickness. Different layers of glass fibers ("mat"), and "roving", as well as matrix of polyester rosin with additives and calcite have been used as reinforcing links. It has been concluded that mechanical properties of polyester laminates depend not only upon composition but also on homogeneity of structure, i.e. presence of larger number of cavities and holes, as indicators of non-homogeneity.
