Sažetak
Multiple medical and surgical therapeutic modalities are evolving for the treatment of photodamaged skin, including topical agents (all-trans-retinoic acids, alpha-hydroxy acids), chemical peels (alpha-hydroxy acids, trichloroqcetic acid, Jessner's, phenol), hormone replacement therapy, injectable agents, surgical therapy, dermabrasiona and laser therapy. However, laser therapy is now considered a first-line treatment for the most of clinical signs of photoageing, and laser skin resurfacing has become the gold standard fot the overall improvement of actinically damaged skin.
