Sažetak
The FINDER project will be developed within the EUREKA market oriented R&D initiative to enhance the competitiveness of the European small and medium enterprises (SME) - distributors and producers and logistic service providers. FINDER project will develop the Freight INtegrator for Door-to-Door Central and East European Transport in a German-Polish-Croatian co-operation of research institute and industrial partners. The freight integrator FINDER bases on the EUREKA-project 2590 LOGCHAIN G-PVLBS and the software-tool of the "Virtual German-Polish Logistics-Broker-Systems" (VDP-system), generates logistic chains comparing the offer system with the demand system and proposes the neutral solutions as a combination of efficient and suitable transport modes. By optimisation of the rolling stock usage by maximal utilisation of load capacity and different value added services FINDER enables the competitive offer of SME in comparison with the global acting big groups of enterprises in the enlarged European Union.
