Sažetak
Global characteristics of an aircraft at given flight conditions such as level flight, climb or turn, are described as the aircraft performances. The modified point mass model can be used in determination of these characteristics. This model is in fact the simplified model of the aircraft with six-degrees-of-freedom, and it describes the movement of the aircraft's center of gravity. Using the known weight, aerodynamic and propulsion models of given aircraft, modified point mass model simulates its trajectory for given mission. Aircraft performance obtained from modified point mass model are compared with known solutions for particular aircraft.
