Sažetak
The paper deals with pre-service teacher education of students of English language and literature at two Croatian universities. The aim of the paper is to discover students' experiences in their initial training in terms of support they got from some stakeholders and levels of difficulty they had with some aspects of teaching.Students were also asked to give their personal views on the teaching practice as a learning experience. The results obtained by the questionnaire are discussed and conclusions are made.
