Sažetak
Economy of the Eastern Croatia destroyed by the war has been recovering very slowly. Its renewal is estimated to last about ten years. Introduction of new soil tillage ways in traditional tillage systems is connected to risk. Thus, the new results of new equipment use were monitored. A plough is not always necessary and irreplaceable. Reduced soil tillage by a disk harrow is cheaper by 146 and by rotosem 182 DM/ha. Breakeven point of their use is 5,16 i.e. 5,04 t/ha and 12,2 and 11,3% of profitability. Equipment for reduced tillage is cheaper between 14,6 and 31,9% in relation to classical means of mechanization.
