Sažetak
Occlusion of major cerebral vessels in cerebral infarction may be the consequence of intrauterine maldevelopment, thrombosis or embolisation of the vessels...As pulsating color doppler is a noninvasive method which is not harmful to the examined children's health, being at the same time practical, for it can be preformed in an incubator, color doppler can be considered a useful method in the detection of conditions that precede infarction,i.e.perfusion disturbances responsible for the occurrence of PCI, thus making an effective treatment possible.
