Sažetak
High resolution ultrasonography (US) and US-guided fine needle biopsy (FNAB) with cytology are routinely used procedures in evaluation of patients with thyroid carcinoma. Recently, thyroglobulin(Tg) measurement in fine needle aspirates was introduced.The aim of our study was to assess the usefulness of these methods in detection of cervical lymph node metastases and/or recurrences in pts with differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC).
