Sažetak
In this paper we have presented a new method for preliminary (initial) optimization of the jig design for milling processes. Main reason for proposing this approach is shortening the time needed for preparation of the production process. In this method we have used GA in combination with TSP and classical 3-2-1 design method for obtaining the optimal solution of the process of design.
