Sažetak
A new criterion for treatment of cross-sections of structure members as thin-walled structures or thick-walled structures is presented. This criterion is based on the shear stress analysis using finite element method. Several finite elements are developed whose axial nodal displacements provide descirbing of cross-sectional warping. For one of them stiffness matrix and load vecotr in the case bending with shear are presented.
