Sažetak
The authors obtain some generalizations of Hardy’ s inequality, where the integrals are taken over (0, b) or (b, infinity) (instead of (0, infinity)). Also, in a similar way, for the discrete Hardy inequality finite sums are considered in the place of infinite. The authors also give some improvements of the Levin-Cochran-Lee inequality [J. A. Cochran and C. H. Li, Math. Proc. Cambridge Philos. Soc. 96 (1984), no. 1, 1– 7 ; MR0743695 (86g:26026)]. They show that the constants in these inequalities are best possible.
