Sažetak
The privatisation is contemporary very used word, particularly in the countries in which the transition processes occured. After the break-through in the year 1989 and remarcable changes in the economies all over the Central and Eastern Europe, the processes of privatisation becomes the general trend, and the ground level of the transition processes in the whole. Economy policy based on the supply side economy claim for the privatisation of the infrastructure industries put into the main fovus of the goals, In the market driven economies the most common way to ensure the capital and the development resources is to ungage the widw range of investors, mostly the private investors.
