Sažetak
An extensive study of the compact dynamical phase of heavy-ion reactions has been carried out within the framework of a semiclassical transport approach. Several systems having different total mass and asymmetry have been studied over a full range of impact parameter and a wide range of incident energies below 100 MeV/u. Emphases has been payed to the study of features of the maxima of compression and heat, the main energy components during the first instances of a collision. Similarly to the properties of the copious early-reaction phase dynamical emission component, the values of these energy maxima are proportional to the overlapping volume of the collision partners (participant matter) and, thus, display a strong dependence on reaction geometry. In head-on collisions these energy maxima are proportional to the available center-of-mass energy.
