Sažetak
The far-reaching changes in technology and structural changes which happened in majority of countries during the eighties and early nineties resulted in modified approach to energa analyses. Tih particularly concerns energy policies and planning. In addition to application of more and more complex nathematical models we have witnessed changes in conceptual approach to the problem.
