Sažetak
Some results in optimal shape design where the state equation is hyperbolic are studied.
The problem is to find a mixture of given materials, such that the obtained body has some optimal properties with respect to vibrations.
As the problem has no solution, the relaxation is considered, where one needs generalised materials which can mathematically be defined by using the theory of homogenisation.
Precise results are obtained for layered materials and mixtures of two materials.
