Sažetak
An outline of strategic Human Resources Management makes quality change in company's relations to human resources and integrates Human Resource Management processes into company's strategy. It is a group of manager's decisions and activities with a goal to justify and develop human potential in order to obtain competitive advantages of organization as well as strategic goals of operations as an answer to challenges outside of organization. Starting of the fact that employees are the main value of the company, in this paper the role and applicability of spreadsheets in the strategic management of human resources, has been considered. The use of spreadsheets in strategic management of human resources will be presented on a real business problem.
