Sažetak
A. theophrasti plants with and without disease symptoms were collected from corn, soybean, sugar beet and sunflower fields on 20 locations in Eastern Croatia during an eight-year period (1996 – 2004). From stems and side branches of A. theophrasti that exhibited disease symptoms the following pathogens were isolated: Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Sordaria fimicola (Rob.) Ces. et Not., Phomopsis sojae., Diaporthe phaseolorum var. caulivora, Phomopsis longicolla, Colletotrichum coccodes and Sclerotium bataticola Taub.. Plasmopara skvortzovii Miura., Colletotrichum coccodes (Wallr.) Hughes and Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissler were isolated from leaves. Fungi isolated from seeds were: Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Nigrospora oryzae (Berk. & Br.) and Botrytis cinerea Pers.
