Sažetak
Weeds has been collected during an eight-year period (1996-2003) in ten sites of Croatia. As a source of Fusarium species we collected weeds from 13 families.Isolations made from 572 plants yielded 285 Fusarium isolates. F. graminearum was isolated from 7 weeds, F. moniliforme and F. subglutinans from 6, F. oxysporum from 5, F. sporotrichioides from 4, F. avenaceum from 3, and F. poae, F. solani, F. culmorum and F. proliferatum were isolated from 1 weed species. Three Fusarium species were isolated only from A. artemisiifolia, C. bursa pastoris and A. theophrasti. From all other weed species we isolated only one or two Fusarium spp.
