Sažetak
This dissertation takes its roots in recognizing that new information-communication technology has changed the demands placed on the education of future teachers. The learning process has increasingly become a computer-communication process, with the computerization of post-secondary institutions a result of the computerization of society and a fundamental premise for increased organizational quality of this segment of post-secondary education. Beginning with current realities and the vision of the development of information-communication technology (lCT), this dissertation will state the strategy of the development and use of computers in the Republic of Croatia in education administrations, as well as explain in detail the fundamental task of educating teachers, its key aspects, the institutions in which this type of education is realized, all in the goal of achieving and creating a higher level of quality in the education of future teachers.
