Sažetak
Successful construction management presumes certain parameter definition yet in planning phase. Significant parameters are project cost and duration and their inter dependency. Data analyzing of 24 high-rise terminated building projects has proved that specific legality exist regarding time and cost distribution. Explicit statistical methods and reconstruction of planned and actual time-cost relation are implemented. Risk factors are emphasized regarding their type and impact on project. By the regression methods application, mathematical model is defined for time-cost distribution and construction project life circus quantification.
