Sažetak
The methods for validation and calibration of structures that detect changes in structures' mass and stiffness properties would be developed. Finite element methods are typically used to model the structures in their original state as well as to extract information on the respective dynamic properties such as frequencies and mode shapes in the changed state. The force vector derived from the residual force will be investigated to locate changed regions in the structure. Frequencies dif-ference between original state and changed state will be used to determine amount of change.
