Sažetak
A 32-year old female patient referred to our Department because of indurated skin as well as keloid-like lesions on her trunk, which developed four years earlier. During hospitalization extensive laboratory and clinical evaluation was made, including complete blood count, general chemistry, serology for collagen disease as well as biopsy specimen. Final diagnosis was made after clinical-laboratory correlation. Therapy with corticosteroids and methotrexate was started, which until now gave poor therapeutic results.
