Sažetak
This poster will present Physics workshops for elementary school pupils, developed under the project “ Experiment in construction of physical models and concepts” . Four themes with titles: A tale about the air, A tale about the equilibrium, How do we see things? and The flow of fluids, were designed for the classroom and e-environment. The workshops employ the constructivist approach. The workshops consist of a series of simple experiments and examples with everyday materials and objects, so that every experiment could be repeated at home. The educational objective is to detect preconceptions and misconceptions that are frequent for the subject and to build new, physically correct concepts, which could be employed to shape the models of presented phenomena. Workshops in e-environment follow the same pedagogical approach, presenting the experiments by video clips or simulations (with full tips-and-tricks support for repeating the experiments) with a series of questions and explanations leading to the integration of new concepts into correctly structured models. Web workshops allowed us to enrich the material with a number of “ Want to know more?” pages, giving additional quality with respect to classroom environment. The principles of modelling and web access for the teachers and pupils will also be presented.
