Sažetak
Bionic Assembly System as an answer for novel requirements in manufacturing and assembly technology was proposed. Main part of a system are transport mobile robots which are giving a flexibility and adaptability. In this paper the working scenario of transport mobile robots in Bionic Assembly System is presented. In later section of the paper the structure of an open, modular control system for transport mobile robots is described. Each robot is equipped with sensors, communication channels, control and navigation module and a robot data base. These modules work in coordination and communicate with local controller.
