Sažetak
Glass fibre textiles can be used in civil engineering with epoxy dressing as reinforcement for old or new brick and reinforced concrete walls. That is why properly determination of tensile properties of glass fibre textiles is very important. European and U.S. standards does not define methods and conditions for determination of tensile properties of glass fibre textiles. For tensile testing of glass fibre textiles, researchers refer to standards which define methods for tensile properties of polymer matrix composite materials, or for test condition for unidirectonal fibre reinforced plastics components. We also made some tensile tests customizing this standards, varying different widths of test specimen and testing speed. Results gave us information about tensile properties of glass fibre textile at different test conditions.
