Sažetak
Here is presented the experience in applaying the data on pavement deflection in road network of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the first half of 1991 IGH elaborated the Study on Planning the Maintenance and Rehabilitation Requirements of about 200 km governmental roads, by applyng the HDM-3 model. The roads were classified into homogenous sections regarding the type of pavement surfacing, structural pavement condition and traffic volume. The structural pavement condition was determined according to the deflection measurements by means of La Croix deflectograph. Through analyzing the required data by means of HDM model, maintenance and rehabilitation measures for the part of B&H road network were fixed, comprising: - time schedule for sectional maintenance of road network - economically optimum maintenance and rehabilitation strategy - the most favourable strategy in case of limited financial sources for maintenance, and - maintenance and rehabilitation cost when applying these strategies.
