Sažetak
The work presents a two location investigation on characteristics of and three hybrid sorts (Artus, Baldur and Titan) of rape seeds. The first location of investigation was Western Slavonia, and the second was Eastern Slavonia. Slavonia occupies the Eastern part of Croatia. With the seed crops at the same agro-technology, the investigation encircled drying curves of every single cultivar, as well as the water, oil and free fatty acid content. A great difference in the oil content was observed, in the location Western Slavonia it ranged from 1138 kg/ha to 2117 kg/ha, whereas in the Eastern Slavonia it ranged from 1585 kg/ha to 1719 kg/ha. The crops yield varied from 3825 kg/ha to 4180 kg/ha in the Western Slavonia and from 3825 kg/ha to 4180 kg/ha in the Eastern Slavonia, recalculated at dry matter.
