Tijekom tri godine (2001-2003) posijano je sedam samooplodnih linija kukuruza na dvije lokacije (Sesveta ko polje  pseudoglej, Orubica  amfiglej). Statisti ki zna ajne razlike u pojavi fuzarijske trule~i klipa kukuruza utvrene su izmeu istra~ivanih linija, godina i lokacija. Najtolerantnije linije tijekom naaih istra~ivanja u sve tri godine i na obje lokacije bile su OS 89-9 i OS 86-39. Najslabiji intenzitet zaraze utvren je na liniji OS 89-9. Klju ne rije i: Fusarium spp., samooplodne linije kukuruza, tolerantnost MAIZE INBRED LINES RESISTANCE TO FUSARIUM EAR ROT Abstract Ear rot of maize caused by Fusarium species results in yield decrease as well as in decrease of grain quality. Seven inbred lines were sowing during three years (2001-2003) at two locations (Sesveta ko polje  pseudogley, Orubica  amphigley). If comparing average values of examined inbred lines, planting years and soil types, there were significant differences in occurrence of maize ear rot caused by Fusarium species. The most tolerant lines in all examined years and on both localites were OS 89-9 and OS 86-39. The least infection intensity was observed on OS 138-9 inbred line. Uvod Iznimno veliki zna aj kukuruza kao ratarske kulture i konkurencija na tr~iatu proizvoa a hibridnog sjemena postavljaju visoke kriterije pri kreiranju novih genotipova. Moderni hibridi kukuruza moraju se odlikovati visokim genetskim potencijalom za rodnost iotpornoau na najva~nije uzro nike bolesti i atetnike. Fuzarijska trule~ klipa je jedna od najzna ajnijih bolesti u svim glavnim uzgojnim podru jima kukuruza u svijetu tako i u Republici Hrvatskoj. Zaraza klipa odnosno zrna kukuruza ima za posljedicu manji urod, loaiju kakvou i akumulaciju mikotoksina u zrnu ato mo~e biti rizik za zdravlje ljudi i ~ivotinja [8, 10]. Naj eae izolirane Fusarium vrste sa zrna kukuruza u isto noj Hrvatskoj su Fusarium moniliforme, F. subglutinans i F. graminearum [1]. Putevi za infekciju klipa su razli iti: svila, draka klipa, oateenja od insekata [4, 5]. Na infekciju, razvitak i intenzitet bolesti utje u okolinski imbenici, osjetljivost/otpornost genotipa, patogenost Fusarium spp. kao i njihove meusobne interakcije. Svaki stres u vegetacijo utje e na vitalnost biljaka jer dovodi do poremeaja u fizioloakim procesima, a time do poveanja osjetljivosti na uzro nike bolesti [2]. Cilj ovoga rada bio je utvrditi razlike u osjetljivosti/otpornosti samooplodnih linija kukuruza na fuzarijsku trule~ klipa pri uzgoju na dva razli ita tipa tla. 2. Materijal i metode rada Tijekom tri godine (2001.-2003.) na dvije lokacije i dva tipa tla (Sesveta ko polje  pseudoglej i Orubica  amfiglej) ocijenjena je pojava fuzarijske trule~i klipa na aest samooplodnih linija kukuruza iz FAO 400 i jedne linije FAO 300 (OS 138-9) Poljoprivrednog instituta Osijek. Kemijske karakteristike tala prikazane su u Tablici 1. Pokus je postavljen po split-plot metodi u etiri ponavljana. Povraina osnovne parcele bila je 300 m2 (15x20m). Na odabranim povrainama za pokus u drugoj polovici listopada izorana je zimska brazda na dubinu 30 cm koja je u velja i zatvorena tanju arom. Predsjetvena priprema obavljena je s dva tanjuranja i jednim prohodom sjetvosprema a. U godinama istra~ivanja i na obadvije lokacije gnojidba je bila standardna: Urea 200 kg i NPK 7:20:30 200 kg (zaorano) i 150 kg KAN-a u prihrani s kultivacijom. Od svakog genotipa pregledano je 120 biljaka, a ja ina zaraze iskazana je postotkom zara~enih klipova. Rezultati istra~ivanja obraeni su pomou programa Statistica for Windows v. 6.0. Statisti ka zna ajnost razlika izmeu tretmana utvrena je pomou analize varijance odnosno LSD testom. Tablica 1. Postotak zara~enih klipova u godini s najja om bolesti (2002. godina) kretao se od 34,4 do 74,4. Na lokaciji Orubica u istoj godini postotak zara~enih klipova bio je izmeu 23,1 i 58,3. Gotovo iste razlike u ja ini zaraze izmeu lokacija utvrene su takoer i 2001. i 2003. godine. Obzirom da se lokacije nisu zna ajno razlikovale prema vremenskim prilikama (koli ina i raspored oborina i temperatura) razlike u ja ini zaraze s Fusarium spp. mogle bi se objasniti razlikom u ishranjenosti biljaka u ovom slu aju fosforom. Na lokaciji Sesveta ko polje koli ina fosfora bila je ni~a za 20,64 mg/100 g tla nego na lokaciji Orubica. U literaturi se navodi da nedovoljna ishranjenost fosforom negativno utje e na fizioloake procese u biljkama kukuruza [6, 7] zbog ega one mogu postati pogodna sredina za razvoj patogenih organizama [2]. Poveavajui u inak fotosinteze, poboljaavajui metabolizam ugljikohidrata i transport vode u biljkama kukuruza, poma~ui proces oplodnje i formiranja zrna fosfor utje e pozitivno na poveanje uroda zrna kukuruza. Najtolerantnije su bile linije OS 89-9 i OS 86-39 bez obzira na godinu i lokaciju. Postotak zara~enih klipova u prosjeku na obadvije lokacije u sve tri godine bio je 33,2 kod linije OS 89-9 33,2 te 26,4 kod linije OS 86-39. Najmanju tolerantnost ispoljila je linija OS 138-9 (FAO 300) kod koje je prosje na zaraza iznosila 58,9. 3.
