Sažetak
The metallothionein content will be determined in cytosolic fractions isolated from the homogenized tissue of Mytilus galloprovincialis, sampled in the Kaštela Bay. The results are discussed in relation to the determined mercury levels and its potential to induce metallothioneins, particularly certain tissue types.
