Sažetak
Both socio-economic conditions and market- oriented production are the factors of insecurity and an increased risk in farm business. In such conditions internal resources as well as organizing abilities of farm managers represent a solid base upon which successful economic subjects should be built in terms of entrepreneurship. The process of restructuring of the existing resources enables the application of various business strategies that can hardly be copied by the competition. It should be aimed at recognition and creation of competitive abilities of a single farm that is supposed to find its place on the market.
