Sažetak
Possibilities for the design of the adequate large corporations restructuring mode are discused. Two fundamental approaches have been developed: the former is based on restructuring through the creation of a large number of small independent enterprises while the latter utilizes restructuring as a manner of improving the management efficiency in large enterprises
