Sažetak
Development of new productional technologies and working systems, new materials, IT and robotics has affected creation of new productional philosophy based on utilization of computers in preparation, management and finalizing phase of production processes. A developed global market nowadays is reflected in a wide range of available new products, fast obsoleteness of the products, increasing quality requirements, delivery deadlines and prices. Such conditions are hard to meet in the existing classical industrial production, inevitably requiring its revitalization and modernization aiming to increase productivity, to reduce the costs and to abbreviate delivery deadlines, to improve quality and to apply IT-supported communication between the producer and the buyer.
