Sažetak
The author examines the institutional aspects of relations between the EU and Croatia, focusing on future agreement and PHARE programme in the context of EU regional approach, as well as the recent development of the mutual economic relations. The economic relations are defined as one of the elements for improvement of future relations. In that sense, the author analyises the conditions set by the EU regarding the development of subregional cooperation.
