Sažetak
Cooperation among European universities and creation of conditions for higher mobility of students, teaching and administrative staff, imposes the need to incorporate quality assurance into the processes of higher education. Quality assurance is a pre-determined and generally accepted procedure, which stresses the proactive involvement. Quality assurance contributes to the rational use of available sources in course of the higher education process that tends to satisfy different stakeholders: students, their families, employers, professional associations, and state.
