Sažetak
Most reporters see the world as the field for finding stories. Although they know much of the day-to-day practicalities in journalism, if their story reveals a win-lose communicating style they would never convey the meaning of what it is like to live the other party’ s point of view. The combat with the win-lose communicating style does not mean that we have to suppress our differences. On the contrary, treasuring the reader and wanting to reward, protect, and inform the reader means that the writer takes responsibility for what the reader learns from the story. The paper investigates of how good writers strive primarily not to stop caring for the reader after the lead is complete.
