During the last few decades the methods used to determine the different origin of wines have shifted a tradicional tasting by wine experts to more reliable chemical analysis techniques. Among them HRNMR is a non- destructive technique that meet s the requirements of being able to simultaneously measure a large variery og organic molecules.
