Sažetak
New EC Directives and Regulations had determined changes of the regulation in field of heating energy reduce and thermal protection of buildings in Croatia by the increase of the demands in the new Technical Regulation. The issue of the article is implication of the new Technical Regulation on Heating Energy Reduce and Thermal Protection of Buildings demands application on reconstruction of the building heritage. Increased demands of the Thermal Protection are reflecting on the process of the building reconstruction and refurbishment. The adequate materials implication models will be analyzed for accomplishing the new thermal protection demands as well as problems with internal and surfaces water vapor condensation in the building element of heritage.
