Sažetak
Firms must constantly strive to improve product quality, keeping in mind that quality improvement is a never-ending process. In this respect, quality control is of special importance. The approach to control has changed from corrective to preventative measures. In the hotel industry, due to specific business aspects or rather the tangible and intangible components of hotel products, a problem exists in defining standards and in selecting and applying control techniques. The paper discusses possible methods of quality control in the hotel operations
