Sažetak
Na 245 uzoraka ljudskog seruma ponovljeno je fenotipiranje kolinesteraze nakon sto su uzorci bili pohranjeni dvije godine na -20 oC. Izmjereni su stupnjevi inhibicije (inhibitorni brojevi) hidrolize benzoilkolina s dibukainom, fluoridom i dimetilkarbamatom Ro 02-0683. Aktivnost i inhibitorni brojevi mjereni su u deset navrata na jednom uzorku seruma pohranjenom sest mjeseci na -20 oC. Iz dobivenih podataka izracunate su relativne standardne devijacije (RSD) mjerenja inhibitornih brojeva (RSD =1, 1- 2, 7%) i aktivnosti (RSD = 3, 7- 6, 1%). Od 245 uzoraka, samo 21 serum bio je drugacije fenotipiran nego u prethodnom radu. Ro-inhibitorni broj (koji nije bio mjeren u prethodnom radu) samo je u tri slucaja fenotipiranja bio odluè ujuæ i faktor pri odredjivanju fenotipova. Prosjecne relativne standardne devijacije izracunate iz mjerenja prethodnog i ovog rada bile su 9, 7% za fluoridni broj i 4, 5% za dibukainski broj. Kolinesteraza u uzorcima seruma klasificirana je (i odredjena je njihova ucestalost) kao U (obicna) (90, 6%) ili kao heterozigotna (obicna, atipicna ili fluorid-rezistentna) kolinesteraza UA (4, 5%), UF (3, 3%), AF (0, 8%) i AK (0, 8%).
