Sažetak
This paper presents numerical model of large displacements in assignment of form finding for space cable structures with known first geometry and final gravity load. The model includes two phases of loading. The first phase is prestressing and in the second phase the structure is exposed to the gravity, loaded from zero up to final. The material and geometric nonlinear model includes the large displacement theory based on an incremental approach of the total Lagrange formulation with the small displacements. A solution of renew of the inter-nal forces and stresses is presented, using the principle of zero configuration. This work re-searches the accuracy of the described numerical model. The presented model is applied for analyzing of two examples witch present ability and good comparison with existing experi-ments.
