Sažetak
This paper presents a corner-based method for image registration. The method is intended to be used for aligning images from infrared and visual sensors. It has been applied on images of buildings as a part of an application for thermal inspection. The method is based on finding the best correspondence between the corners detected in infrared and visual image. For the transformation from infrared to visual image a simple four-parameter transform is used. The correspondence evaluation is based on partial Hausdorff fistance. The results are encouraging.
