Sažetak
The problem of how to improve the way the hospital operates is rather old. The need for accurate and updated information is crucial. It has been recognized that agents possess some properties (features) which make them suitable for implementation in described cases. Reactive and proactive behaviour, distributed problem solving and advanced communication techniques together with coordination and cooperation are just some of these desirable features. We will show how some problems (physical conflict) which cause problems for deliberative agents can be solved when using reactive agents based on active rules and stored procedures.
